IT WMS Support Analyst
Milton Keynes
We’re supporting a leading UK cycling business in Milton Keynes who are looking for an IT WMS Support Analyst to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands both warehouse operations and technology, and wants to play a key role in supporting and improving critical Warehouse Management Systems.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing day-to-day support for WMS queries and issues
- Working closely with warehouse and operations teams to understand requirements and improve processes
- Testing and implementing new processes and third-party system interfaces
- Supporting system updates and upgrades
- Creating process documentation and user guides
- Working with WMS users to develop practical, supportable solutions
- Supporting other business applications where required
- Training users on systems and business processes
- Providing occasional out-of-hours support for system changes and critical issues

Requirements
Essential:
- Experience working with a WMS or ERP system
- Previous experience or strong understanding of warehouse operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirable:
- Blue Yonder / RedPrairie / Dispatcher WMS experience
- SQL / PL-SQL / SQL reporting
- ODBC reporting within Excel
- iReports
- RDT device configuration
- Warehouse automation
- Oracle APEX
- PowerShell or another scripting language
