Description

As security threats continue to evolve, HP integrates protection across the entire Personal Systems ecosystem - from hardware and firmware to software and services - enabling customers to confidently deploy and manage their fleets without compromising performance or usability.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing solutions of the Commercial PC Security portfolio within the Personal Systems organization. You will be responsible for solution ownership within the portfolio, including product strategy, roadmap definition, and lifecycle management.
- Lead to help define a multi-year product vision, and ensure tight alignment between customer needs, market trends, engineering execution, and commercial outcomes to bring the solutions to market on spec, on cost, and on schedule.
- Work closely with Engineering, Program Management, Category, Product Marketing, Services, and Sales to deliver integrated solutions that differentiate HP’s Personal Systems portfolio and strengthen HP’s leadership in secure computing.
Job Description
- Responsible in managing security solutions within the overall portfolio
- Evaluate customer insights, unmet customer needs, overall portfolio breadth / opportunities, and market trends to identify opportunities within the security portfolio.
- Develop a business case, financial model, and expected outcomes to support your security solutions.
- Drive business requirements, UI requirements, and positioning within the overall portfolio.
- Partner with engineering to bring your solution to life.
- Launch your solution, partnering with finance, support, technical writing, category, and operational program management teams.
- Work with product marketing team on product story telling.
- Perform competitive analysis.
- Take on separately assigned cross platform initiatives.

Qualification
- Product Management experience, including ownership of complex portfolios preferred.
- Proven experience managing products that span hardware, software, and services.
- Strong portfolio-level thinking with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and business judgment.
- Experience in enterprise security, manageability, or platform products strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrates a growing mindset, embraces changes, adjusts proactively to evolving business needs, and exercises strong teamwork to drive collective success.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
