You will play a key role in expanding female football development and driving impactful community delivery across Sussex. You will deliver 28 hours per week of structured, high-quality practical coaching sessions across both our Football Pathway and Schools programmes. You will also be required to design session plans, conducting venue checks, managing facility requirements, and executing risk assessments.

- To support the Development Officer as and when required.
- To provide activity management support.
- To promote BHAFC Foundation football development activities.
- To carry out registration administration.
- To keep statistical records.
- To write reports as and when required.
- To Provide Player reports for players.
- To deliver high quality sessions with both our Football Pathway & Schools programmes.
- To deliver 28 hours a week of practical sessions.
- To check venues, manage facilities and complete risk assessments.
- To liaise with parents and be the first point of contact.
- To ensure and monitor sessions are delivered to the required standards.
- To create session plans.
- To be active in identifying talent (Talent ID).
- To lead up on Football Pathway, After School club delivery & Soccer School delivery.
