This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the development, health, and performance of players across the Women’s Academy and Pathway, helping young players progress towards the first team.

We welcome applications from people with different backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and career journeys. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute, develop, and thrive.

🎯 THE ROLE

As Women’s Academy Therapist, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy and medical support across the PGA and Pathway, working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team.

You will take a lead role in player assessment, rehabilitation, matchday provision, and clinical decision-making, while helping create a culture of high performance, learning, and player-centred care.

Lead the PGA medical MDT and rehabilitation process, coordinating assessment, rehabilitation planning, return-to-training and return-to-performance decisions, with appropriate communication and escalation.

Monitor injury and illness trends, using data and case review to identify opportunities for improvement and support injury risk-reduction and player availability strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
