Women’s Boutique Buyer, Merchandiser, & On-Camera Stylist / Social Media Content Creator

About The Role

Fleet Plummer is excited to announce a brand-new position on our creative leadership team! We are looking for a highly creative, fashion-forward individual to help shape the visual and retail experience of our women’s boutique and jewelry departments. If you are looking for a place to put your artistic talents and design desires to work within a growing, family-owned business with a 77-year legacy, this position might be for you. You will be a core member of our buying team, helping curate and buy beautiful items for our store, bringing them to life on the floor, and connecting directly with our clients by creating short-form video content on camera for social media!

What You Will Do

  • Market Buying & Sourcing: Travel to and attend industry markets alongside our buying team to help select the best fashion, accessories, decor, and gifts for our store.
  • Creative Merchandising: Help the visual store direction by unboxing new arrivals, styling merchandise, and building engaging, beautiful floor displays.
  • Retail Sales & Styling: Work hands-on on the retail floor, assisting customers and helping them find their absolute perfect fit.
  • Social Media Content: Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, and Stories) that showcase new arrivals, outfit styling, product details, and styling tips. Film yourself and others. Content should feel authentic, stylish, and conversion-oriented.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our amazing existing staff to support the continued growth and expansion of our boutique departments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
