Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Womenswear Wholesale Manager – International Markets to join our London team. This is a key role focused on developing and managing international wholesale business for our womenswear portfolio, strengthening existing retail partnerships and opening new accounts across global markets.

You will take ownership of key international territories, act as a commercial point of contact for buyers and brand partners and play an active role across our seasonal fashion week showrooms in London, Paris and New York.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

  • Drive seasonal and long-term sales growth for women’s brands across international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, agents and distributors.
  • Identify and develop new wholesale opportunities globally, with a focus on strategic market expansion.
  • Lead showroom appointments during Paris, London and New York Fashion Weeks, managing buyer relationships and seasonal order negotiations.
  • Collaborate with brands to shape seasonal strategies, pricing, and distribution plans aligned with market trends.
  • Monitor sell-through, provide market feedback, and deliver actionable insights to improve performance.

Account & Operational Management

  • Oversee the full order cycle: from presentation and confirmation to delivery coordination and post-season analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing using internal systems (e.g., SPY system, joor, new order).
  • Liaise with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and booking-in processes.
  • Manage claims, returns, and after-sales service professionally and efficiently.
  • Support marketing and brand teams with retail events, staff trainings, and in-store activations to enhance sell-through and brand visibility.

Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the founders to align global sales strategies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members during showroom and event periods.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and merchandising teams to maintain brand standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion wholesale and sales management within international womenswear.
  • Strong network of international buyers and contacts across premium / advanced contemporary markets.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple territories.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident managing multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Professional, personable, and capable of building strong relationships across cultures.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for showroom seasons, brand meetings, and market visits.
