Women's Jerseywear Designer – The Role
Collaborate within the team to create trend and mood boards, focusing on shape, colours, print, and fabric.
- Develop trend-led ranges across Ladies Fashion and Leisure Jersey.
- Source new materials in line with trends at the start and throughout the season.
- Present trends and ranges to buyers, and action any design requests.
- Produce detailed tech packs and specifications for accurate first-time samples.
- Oversee the range and customer sampling process from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing both new and existing accounts.
- Coordinate with teams in China for range, sourcing, and customer development.
- Analyse catwalks and competitors to spot missed opportunities and report findings.

Based full-time in a dynamic, creative office in central London, you will work within a small team on trend, mood, colour and product development. You will take autonomy for your area and lead customer meetings/relationships. This is a business with an excellent reputation in the industry that is going from strength to strength.
