Womenswear Designer | Contemporary Luxury Brand | Up to £55K + Benefits | Hybrid, London
Design that's part of the story, not just the process.
This is a rare seat at the table with a contemporary luxury womenswear brand that's built a name for feminine spirit and modern edge and now, thanks to their ongoing success, they need another exceptional designer to help shape what comes next.
Working directly with the Founders, you won't just execute a brief, you'll own it. From the first spark of research to the final press sample, your creative fingerprint will be on the collection. You'll have autonomy over the Womenswear RTW category, moving fluidly across projects with a small, tight-knit team where everyone's voice genuinely counts.
If you're a designer who thinks in silhouettes, dreams in fabrication, and not just a seat in a big machine, this is it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
