The Role
Working closely with our Buyers and Designers, you’ll play a key role in managing products from initial range planning through to end-of-season trading. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys analysing performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and working collaboratively across multiple product categories. You’ll take ownership of forecasting, option and range planning, stock management, replenishment, markdown recommendations and intake planning.
You’ll also play an important role in developing TBCo’s merchandising processes and reporting, improving stock efficiency, margin and profitability as we continue to grow across the UK, US and international markets.

- Drive the pricing strategy to maximise profitability.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Buying and Merchandising to create seasonal product strategies for the division to align with company goals and objectives.
- Take initiative to propose and develop new processes that enhance efficiency, accuracy and profitability within the department.

- Effectively manage junior members by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback and empowering the team to be their best.
- Regularly present seasonal reporting and findings to the senior leadership team.
- Display the ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders across the business, including Finance, B2B, Marketing & Warehouse.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
