Womenswear Senior Account Manager – Supplier – London

Reference: GC98914

Competitive

London

Permanent

We are working with a long-established supplier to major high street brands and supermarkets to expand their womenswear account management team.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management and growth of key customer accounts, owning the relationship from brief through to delivery. You’ll translate customer needs into clear commercial actions, working closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, QA, and our supply base to deliver ranges that hit target price points, margin, and critical path dates.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, managing forecasting and order flow alongside resolving issues quickly. This role suits someone who is commercially sharp, highly organized, and confident managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced supplier environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers; building strong, long-term relationships with buyers and merchandisers to maximize repeat business and drive high performing accounts.
  • Successfully deliver against your customers seasonal and annual plans with speed, fast pace, and quality while proactively presenting new ideas to drive additional revenue.
  • Meet or exceed all targets related to the account assigned to you, constantly and consistently tracking performance against forecast.
  • Regularly lead face-to-face meetings with buyers, presenting ranges and samples that are commercially viable and trend-appropriate.
  • Present to customers face-to-face in an engaging and meaningful way, sharing insights, trends, and ideas to nurture mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Own the end-to-end order process, from concept and costing through to delivery, briefing internal design and development teams on client requirements and seasonal direction.
  • Manage critical paths, liaising with factories, logistics, and technical teams to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and product gaps.
  • Manage the PLM system and associated administration accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure margin targets are met.
  • Support the onboarding of new accounts, attending meetings, trade shows, and client visits as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
