Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. - Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ skills and cultural fit
- Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
- Staying informed about industry trends and adapting recruitment strategies accordingly to attract top talent
