Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process, including preparing them for interviews and negotiating offers.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's services and expand the candidate pool.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to recruitment and employment practices.
