Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a WordPress Developer. The WordPress Developer will build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes and plugins, to meet project requirements. Daily tasks include implementing responsive layouts, optimizing site performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and managing updates and security best practices. The role also involves collaborating with designers and other developers, integrating APIs and third-party services, and troubleshooting technical issues. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality, user-friendly web experiences aligned with client goals.

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills for WordPress theme and plugin customization.
- Candidates should possess Web Design and Web Development skills to create user-focused, accessible websites.
- Candidates should have experience with WordPress core, themes, plugins, and common page builders.
- Candidates should be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP relevant to WordPress development.
- Candidates should demonstrate good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and version control experience (e.g., Git).
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing part-time hours, and communicating clearly with distributed teams.
- A background in Computer Science, Web Development, or related experience, along with a portfolio of WordPress projects, is beneficial.
