About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team in the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional service. Your expertise will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients, ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, utilizing applicant tracking systems, and managing client relationships is highly desirable. A results-driven mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of professionalism are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for each role, ensuring quality and cultural alignment.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and increase market reach.
