We’re looking for an outstanding UI / UX designer to join our growing team. Our product has 30 million teachers and student users. This job is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact.

  • You will be adept at identifying user problems from customer feedback, usability tests, web analytics and split tests.
  • You will have an evidence-based mindset.
  • You will have excellent skills in visual design, but understand that the purpose of design is to solve problems, not make things look pretty.
  • You will be able to create wireframes, prototypes or high-fidelity designs as appropriate to the task.
  • You will be passionate about usability and see yourself as the advocate for our users.
  • You will seek to deeply understand their motivations, triggers, aspirations, and goals.
