We are now looking for three enthusiastic and compassionate Work & Health Coaches to join our team.
The Role
As a Work & Health Coach, you will manage a diverse caseload of participants, providing personalised employment and wellbeing support.
You will work with individuals to understand their circumstances, identify barriers to employment and develop practical action plans that reflect their aspirations and goals.
You will support participants to remain in work, return to employment following ill health or secure new employment that is appropriate to their skills, circumstances and health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of WorkWell participants.

- Support participants with CV preparation, job searching, applications, interview preparation and careers guidance.
- Help participants identify suitable employment opportunities and develop their confidence and skills.

- Provide ongoing in-work support to help participants sustain employment.
- Identify wider support needs, including welfare, benefits, mental health, physical health and wellbeing, and make appropriate referrals.
- Work closely with referral partners including GPs, social prescribers, NHS teams, mental health services, community organisations, colleges and training providers.
- Develop positive relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote the WorkWell service.
- Support employers to understand the needs of employees experiencing health conditions or disabilities.
- Deliver presentations, information sessions and promotional activity as required.
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant electronic participant records.
- Meet programme performance targets, KPIs and contractual requirements.
- Attend partnership meetings, team meetings, supervision, training and 1-to-1s.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with commissioning organisations and partner agencies.
- Promote employment as a positive intervention in an individual's health and recovery journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
