Work Coach - Redeployment Team
We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Work Coach to join our Redeployment Team on a 6-month contract.
In this role, you'll work closely with employees who are affected by organisational change, providing guidance, coaching, and practical support to help them identify and secure suitable alternative roles. You'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their redeployment journey.

- Providing one-to-one support and coaching to employees navigating organisational change.
- Helping individuals identify their skills, strengths, and transferable experience to explore alternative career opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with managers, HR colleagues, and recruiting teams to identify suitable vacancies.
- Maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support throughout the redeployment process.
- Supporting broader redeployment activities as required.

Essential Criteria
- Experience of supporting and advising individuals through periods of change.
- Ability to help people consider alternative solutions and career pathways.
- HR generalist knowledge and experience across a range of people-related matters.
- Experience providing administrative support within an HR environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
