Hair Model Agency
We are offering a work experience opportunity as a Model Booker & Social Media Coordinator within a Hair Model Agency.
This opportunity is designed for anyone interested in gaining practical experience and strengthening their CV, particularly those who would like to pursue a future career as a Booker within fashion, modelling, hair, or beauty agencies.
Previous experience is not required. The purpose of this position is to provide hands-on experience in the day-to-day activities of a modelling agency, allowing the candidate to develop an understanding of model booking, client communication, castings, events, and social media management.
Role & Responsibilities
The experience will include supporting the agency with:
- Booking and coordinating models for hair shows, seminars, photo shoots, training sessions, castings, and industry events.
- Communicating with models regarding availability, bookings, schedules, locations, and event information.
- Supporting the organisation of castings and model selections according to client requirements.
- Liaising with clients, hairstylists, salons, academies, and other professionals within the hair and beauty industry.
- Coordinating models before and during bookings and ensuring they receive the necessary information for each assignment.
- Keeping model profiles, photographs, hair details, and availability up to date.
- Supporting the agency with upcoming events, projects, and model activities.
- Managing and updating the agency’s social media presence.
- Creating and publishing content related to models, castings, events, hair transformations, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Creating Instagram Stories, Reels, posts, and other social media content.
- Promoting the agency’s models, events, collaborations, and opportunities online.
- Collecting photos and videos from models and events to create engaging agency content.
- Helping develop the agency’s online presence within the hair, beauty, and modelling industries.

Working Arrangements

Compensation
This is a commission-only opportunity.
There is no fixed salary or hourly wage. Compensation is based exclusively on commissions generated through successful bookings and related agency activities.
The commission structure and applicable conditions will be explained and agreed upon before starting the work experience.
