Job Reference: HR2526-145

Status / Hours: Maternity Cover, Part Time 18.5 Hours

Salary: £33,516.54 - £38,144.09 per annum/full time equivalent
£16,758.27 - £19,072.05 per annum/pro rata

Location: Tamworth

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a real impact on learners’ development and progression. In this role, you will work with a diverse student population, sourcing and securing suitable work placements, monitoring learner progress, and carrying out assessments in line with curriculum requirements. You will also report progress to the curriculum team and ensure placements meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Assessor qualification.
  • Current occupational experience in an Early Years setting.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Desirable

  • Experience of supporting learners on T Levels.
  • Experience in carrying out risk assessments.

What We Offer
