Workday Accounting Center & PRISM Consultant
Contract Length: 6-12 Months
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: 1200 GBP per day outside
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Accounting Center (WAC) & PRISM Consultant to support the delivery and optimisation of Workday Financials solutions. The role will focus on accounting transformations, financial data management, reporting, and integration of external data sources into Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Workday Accounting Center (WAC).
- Design and maintain accounting rules, mappings, and transformations.
- Build and support Workday PRISM datasets and data pipelines.
- Develop financial reporting solutions and improve data quality.
- Work closely with Finance and Workday stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and user adoption activities.
- Produce functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
- Proven experience with Workday Accounting Center (WAC) and Workday PRISM Analytics.
- Knowledge of accounting processes, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Experience delivering Workday Finance implementations or enhancement projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable
- Experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
- Workday Financial Reporting experience.
- Relevant Workday certifications.
