Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst

Remote (UK based)

Salary up to £85,000 (D.O.A)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst to support, enhance and optimise a growing organisation's planning and forecasting capabilities. Working closely with Finance and Technology teams, you will take ownership of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, ensuring it delivers efficient, scalable and insightful solutions that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Workday Adaptive Planning support, configuration and enhancement requests.
  • Manage and maintain planning models, dashboards, reports and forecasting structures.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate finance processes.
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, coordinate testing and support delivery of system improvements.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to improve financial insight and decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to drive adoption, optimise processes and maximise platform value.
  • Review new Workday functionality and recommend enhancements where appropriate.
  • Support integration and alignment with wider Workday Financials processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) desirable.
  • Proven experience supporting and enhancing Workday Adaptive Planning within an FP&A environment.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.
  • Experience configuring Adaptive Planning models, dashboards and reports.
  • Working knowledge of Workday Financials and core finance processes desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving efficiency and business value.
