Workday Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Workday Business Analyst to join a major global HR transformation programme. This role will work at the intersection of HR and Technology, supporting the enhancement, optimisation, and delivery of Workday capabilities across multiple markets.

We're seeking someone with strong Workday functional expertise who can operate across both HR business processes and technical/product-oriented Workday domains. You'll work closely with HR, Technology, and third-party partners to define requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for Workday-related initiatives.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to define and optimise business processes including Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Core HCM.
  • Analyse current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardisation.
  • Produce high-quality requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Work across technical Workday areas including Security, Integrations, Reporting, Data Governance, and Data Masking.
  • Support solution design discussions and help translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and project outcomes.
  • Support testing, defect management, change impact assessments, and business readiness activities.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across global and local teams, balancing standardisation with local market needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
