π Hiring: Workday Business Analyst
π Location: UK & Europe (Remote)
π Contract Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Workday Business Analyst to support a global Workday transformation and standardisation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale HR technology optimisation initiative with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing Workday processes, configurations, and operating model.
- Support the definition and delivery of a global Workday standardisation strategy.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Review and optimise Workday modules, including:
- Core HCM
- Absence Management
- Recruitment
- Talent
- Benefits
- Advanced Compensation
- Reporting & Analytics
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, and improve adoption of existing Workday capabilities.
- Assess unused Workday functionality and recommend implementation opportunities.
- Produce business requirements, process maps, user stories, and other project documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience with Workday is preferred; however, candidates with exposure to SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other enterprise HR systems are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering.
- Experience working on HR transformation, platform optimisation, or enterprise system implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work within UK or European time zones.
