Workday Configuration Analyst – Talent & Recruitment
Location: UK Homeworker
Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Work Pattern: Full time and Remote
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday speciality with experience in both Talent and Recruitment modules of Workday our high performing team providing expert support to a group of entity clients - to support us during a period of Maternity Leave.

MS Amlin is part of a global top-10 insurance group, MS&AD. We’re made up of four distinct businesses covering Global Reinsurance, Lloyds Franchise, Local Specialty Insurer, and Business Services
MS Amlin Business Services (MS ABS) supports our entire organisation through IT, Cyber, Procurement, Legal, HR, Facilities Management, and Finance. Our vision is to be a trusted partner and solution provider of choice.
As HR Systems - we provide services to several legal entities – on one Workday tenant – with both shared and stand-alone business processes. Our system has a global footprint but we operate mainly in the UK with small populations in Asia.
We manage the vast majority of our processes via Workday, have Service Now as our ticketing tool and we are a Workday Success Plans customer, as well as having strong AMS support.

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing
- Managing and configuring annual talent processes (Goal Setting, Annual Reviews, Talent Review and Succession Planning currently) as well as developing new functionality for the entities.
- Improving and configuring recruitment processes – our next focus is streamlining reporting, interview scheduling and manager experience having recently implemented pre-employee, contract generation and onboarding plans.
- Answering support tickets for your areas of expertise and supporting the team with wider projects.

What We Need From You
- Experience in a customer facing role providing Workday Support for at least 2 years
- Workday certified in Talent or Recruitment modules OR extensive experience supporting both
- The ability to both configure in these modules and present clearly to non-technical audiences on solutions
- A can do attitude and the ability to adapt to changeable situations
- Experiment using Service Now or an equivalent ticketing solution would be desirable.

What Can You Expect From Us?
- Competitive Base Salary
- Performance Related Discretionary Bonus
- Holiday: 28 days core annual leave, and you can buy up to 5 days
- Pension: A minimum 2% employee contribution plus 7% MS Amlin contribution (9%) up to a maximum of 5% employee contribution plus 13% MS Amlin contribution (18%)
- Private Medical: cover for yourself. Family members/dependants can be added
- Flex Fund: £1,000 (pro-rated based on start date) to spend on flexible benefits
- Life Assurance: 5x annualised base salary
