Senior Workday Consultants – Multiple Specialisms | Manchester or Inverness
6 month contract
We are looking for experienced Workday Consultants to join a growing team of Workday specialists, supporting global enterprise clients with complex HR transformation and Workday programmes.
This role is based in the company's Manchester or Inverness offices
Onsite requirement
Service coverage: 07:00–19:00, with teams working separate shifts
Shared P1 on-call support across the team
We are particularly interested in consultants with expertise across one or more of the following Workday modules:
- Core HCM
- Workday Integrations
- Learning
- Talent & Performance
- Absence
- Compensation / Advanced Compensation
- Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
- Peakon
- Journeys
- Extend

As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, configure and optimise Workday solutions. You will lead workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, support implementations and enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance to junior consultants.
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience as a Workday Consultant
- Workday Core HCM certification – essential
- Additional Workday module certifications highly desirable
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration
- Good understanding of HR processes and HR systems
- Experience across implementation, enhancement or support environments
- Ability to lead workshops and manage senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior consultants
- Experience working with ServiceNow or ITIL-based service management is advantageous
