Focus on WD is partnering with a growing Workday Partner who are expanding their practice and looking for experienced Workday Consultants to join the team.
We're looking for strong Workday professionals who can bring genuine implementation experience, solid Core HCM knowledge and the confidence to work across both project delivery and AMS environments.
Ideally, you'll be Workday certified and have partner-side experience, although strong end-user experience will also be considered for the right candidate.
There are multiple opportunities available across different Workday skillsets, making this a great opportunity to join a growing practice and play a key role in its continued development.

Location: UK/Ireland – Remote

What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver Workday solutions across implementation and AMS engagements.
- Configure Workday functionality, business processes, security, reporting and EIBs.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Support successful delivery across the full Workday implementation lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing consultancy and problem-solving across AMS environments.
- Work alongside senior consultants and wider practice teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Build strong client relationships and become a trusted Workday advisor.
- Contribute to the continued growth, capability and success of the Workday practice.

Current Opportunities:
- HCM & Reporting Consultant – Strong Core HCM and Reporting capability, with wider experience across configuration, business processes, security, EIBs and AMS.
- Recruitment & Talent Consultant – Strong Recruitment and Talent expertise alongside Core HCM and broader Workday configuration experience.
- Compensation Consultant – Strong Compensation / Advanced Compensation experience alongside Core HCM and wider Workday configuration capability.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience working for a Workday Partner.
- At least two completed Workday implementations.
- Strong Core HCM knowledge alongside your specialist Workday area.
- Practical, hands-on configuration experience across business processes, security, reporting and EIBs.
- Experience working across both Workday implementation and AMS environments.
- Workday certification is highly desirable, although strong end-user experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with clients.
- A consultative mindset and the ability to turn business requirements into practical Workday solutions.
- A genuine interest in developing your Workday career within a growing partner environment.
