Workday Finance Consultant
We are supporting a leading organisation looking for an experienced Workday Finance Consultant to support Workday Finance transformation and implementation projects. This is a functional role working across finance processes, Workday configuration, data and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Workday Finance projects and transformation initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to understand current and future-state finance processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional and system designs.
- Support Workday configuration and transactional data flows.
- Assist with data migration, cleansing, conversion and reconciliation.
- Support UAT, testing and issue resolution.
- Identify process, technology and integration requirements.
- Support stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

Requirements
- Experience working with finance ERP systems and/or Workday Finance.
- Understanding of core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Assets and Expenses.
- Experience supporting ERP/Workday implementation or transformation projects.
- Understanding of Workday transactional data and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Desirable
- Active Workday Financials certification.
- Strong Workday implementation experience.
- Experience with data migration and UAT.
- Experience working with Workday configuration tools.
