Workday Finance Specialist
Salary: £70,000 Location: London
A luxury organisation who provide private concierge services to exclusive clients are looking for a Workday Finance Specialist to lead the support, BAU, and enhancements of their Workday Finance platform.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with IT, Finance and key stakeholders to optimise system configuration, develop reporting, support users, and drive continuous improvement across financial processes.
It's the perfect time to join a highly collaborative, supportive team who are 2 years into their Workday journey, and are offering plenty of opportunities for training and development to deepen your Workday expertise!

Key responsibilities:
- Own and maintain Workday Financials configuration and ongoing enhancements
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Partner with Finance teams to improve system adoption and efficiency
- Provide user support, training, and best practice guidance
- Collaborate on financial integrations, testing, and system changes
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience supporting and configuring Workday Financials
- Strong reporting and dashboard development skills
- Good understanding of finance processes and accounting principles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with integrations, security, or Workday certifications is advantageous
