About the Role
We’re seeking forward-thinking Workday Financials AMS Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide end-to-end Application Managed Services (AMS) for Workday Financials, supporting clients to maximise their ERP investment. Your engagement will combine razor-sharp functional expertise with a collaborative, hands-on ethic to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Post-Production Support
- Lead incident resolution, configuration changes, and troubleshooting for Workday Financials across multiple client environments.
- Optimise clients’ Financials operations, enhance existing workflows, and implement new configurations aligned with business needs.

Client-Centric Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate functional and downstream impacts, and ensure seamless deployment.
- Effectively communicate status updates and escalate issues to project management as needed.

Knowledge & Continuous Learning
- Develop deep expertise in core Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Expense, Procurement, Projects, Asset Management).
- Transfer expertise to clients, ensuring optimal use of Workday’s SaaS capabilities.
- Explore Workday’s product roadmap to stay ahead of evolving features.

Engagement & Training
- Facilitate hands-on onboarding and transplantation training for clients.
- Mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative learning culture.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s or equivalent.
- Workday Savvy: 2–5 years of hands-on post-go-live experience with Workday Financials.
- Certifications: Workday Financials certification advantageous.
Competencies
- Module Mastery: In-depth knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Expense, Procurement
- Support Expertise: Experience in AMSpost-production support models preferred
- Technical Savvy: Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Unflinching attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Stakeholder Skills: Regular interaction with both client business teams and IT.
- Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple high-priority client projects with minimal supervision.

Security Clearance Requirement
To pursue this role, you must:
- Have been a UK resident for the last five years.
- Be legally entitled to work in the UK.
- Meet requirements for a Basic Security Clearance.
