Workday Financials PMO

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Financials PMO to support a Workday Financials programme on a 6–12 month contract.
This is a hands-on PMO role requiring someone who has previously worked as a PMO on Workday Financials programmes and understands the delivery governance, controls and complexities associated with Workday Finance implementations and transformations.
You will work closely with the Programme Director, Project Managers, Workstream Leads, Finance stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure the programme is well governed, organised and progressing against key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide PMO support across the Workday Financials programme.
  • Establish and maintain programme governance, processes and reporting.
  • Own programme RAID logs, actions, decisions, dependencies and risks.
  • Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate programme governance meetings, steering committees and working groups.
  • Produce high-quality programme status reports and management information.
  • Track budgets, resources, forecasts and programme financials.
  • Coordinate activities across Workday Financials workstreams and third-party partners.
  • Support programme-level planning, issue resolution and dependency management.
  • Ensure programme documentation, governance and controls are maintained to a high standard.
  • Support cutover, testing, deployment and programme readiness activities where required.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
