About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Financials Project Manager to join a large-scale Finance Transformation programme.
This role requires proven experience delivering Workday Financials implementations. Workday Financials experience is mandatory and is the single most important requirement for this position. You will lead the delivery of Workday Financials workstreams across a complex enterprise transformation, working closely with Finance, Technology, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Experience (Must Have)
- Extensive Project Management experience delivering Workday Financials implementations.
- Hands-on experience managing Workday Financials projects from planning through deployment and go-live.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation programmes.
- Strong background delivering ERP implementation projects.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, project plans, RAID logs, budgets, dependencies, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior business leaders and executive sponsors.
- Experience working with Workday implementation partners and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Financial Management.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Desirable Experience
- Workday Financials certifications.
- Experience delivering programmes involving divestitures, separations, or carve-outs.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) programme experience.
- Global or multi-country Workday deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday Financials implementation workstreams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate business, technical, and third-party delivery teams.
- Ensure successful planning, testing, deployment, and business readiness.
- Deliver projects to agreed quality, scope, and schedule.
