Workday HCM Analyst
Location: Remote
Salary: £50,000-£53,000 + a 26% pension contribution!
We’re recruiting for a Workday HCM Analyst to join a large public sector organisation undergoing significant HR and digital transformation.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on Workday HCM experience to work across configuration, support and continuous improvement within a large-scale environment.
You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll and technical teams to support and improve the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configuring and supporting Workday HCM
- Managing Workday incidents and resolving system issues
- Gathering business requirements and recommending solutions
- Configuring Workday business processes and security
- Supporting system and user testing
- Working with HR, Payroll and technical teams
- Supporting improvements and changes to the Workday platform
- Producing clear system and process documentation
Experience Required:
- Previous hands-on Workday HCM experience
- Experience configuring Workday business processes
- Good understanding of HR processes
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Exposure to Workday Payroll or third-party payroll integrations
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting testing and system changes
