My client, who are at the forefront of the FS industry require a Contract Business Change Management Lead.
The Business Change Management Lead will oversee the people side of my client's Workday HCM implementation. You will be providing expert advice and guidance on planning, coordinating, and evidencing business readiness and adoption across all impacted stakeholder groups (e.g., colleagues, managers, people, payroll and talent, service, and leadership audiences.

- Minimum of 5 years business change management experience, including at least one enterprise Workday HCM implementation.
- Demonstrable practical application of Prosci ADKAR; Prosci Change Management certification strongly preferred.
- Experience of stakeholder and change-impact assessment, sponsor coaching, manager enablement, communications, learning, readiness, adoption measurement, hypercare, and BAU transition.
- Ability to translate Workday process and configuration decisions into accurate, role-based "what this means for you" guidance without acting as the functional design authority.
