Workday HCM Specialist
£65,000–£70,000 | 12-Month FTC | Gloucester | Hybrid

Maslow Associates is exclusively supporting a leading global engineering and technology organisation through a significant HR transformation programme.
We're looking for a Workday HCM Specialist to join an innovative, cross-functional team and play a key role in shaping the future of HR technology.
This is more than a traditional HCM role. You'll have the opportunity to develop specialist expertise, contribute to major transformation projects and take ownership of a key Workday module.

- Own Advanced Compensation Strong Workday HCM experience is what matters. Advanced Compensation experience is desirable, not essential. Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of the module and develop a valuable specialism.

What We're Looking For
- Strong practical experience with Workday HCM.
- An interest in developing Advanced Compensation expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- An appetite to contribute to transformation projects and learn new functionality.
Advanced Compensation experience is desirable, not essential. Full training will be provided.
Role Details
- Salary: £65,000–£70,000
- Contract: 12-month FTC
- Location: Gloucester
- Working arrangement: Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week
- Working week: 4.5 days per week, every week
