Workday HCM Talent & Recruitment Consultant
Permanent | UK | Fully Remote
Build Your Career With a Workday Consultancy That Means Business
Join one of the most ambitious Workday consultancies in the market—already competing with the Big 4 and building a reputation for delivering exceptional Workday transformation.
You won't be joining a consultancy where your career disappears into layers of hierarchy and process. You'll be joining a business with genuine momentum, ambitious plans and a team where experienced consultants have the opportunity to make a visible impact.
Your Talent and Recruitment expertise will be central to that. You'll work directly with clients, take ownership of meaningful transformation and have the freedom to bring your experience, ideas and perspective to the table.
What You'll Do
- Lead Workday Talent and Recruitment solutions across high-profile client engagements.
- Work directly with clients to understand their ambitions, challenge requirements and shape the right solutions.
- Own your area of expertise while working alongside experienced Workday professionals across the wider HCM landscape.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients rather than simply another consultant delivering requirements.
- Contribute to the thinking, standards and delivery approach of a consultancy that is continuing to build its market presence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
