Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Workday Consultant to support the delivery of HR and financial transformation projects, working closely with senior leads and client stakeholders to configure, implement, and optimise Workday platform solutions. The successful candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise and a collaborative approach to drive meaningful HR and finance outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Support end-to-end Workday platform implementations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Talent Management modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Workday platform configurations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying platform enhancements and optimisation opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior leads and client stakeholders throughout transformation projects.
  • Configure, implement, and optimise Workday platform solutions to support HR and financial transformation outcomes.
  • Apply hands-on technical expertise to deliver effective Workday solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bring hands-on technical expertise with Workday platform solutions.
  • Demonstrate experience supporting Workday implementations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Talent Management modules.
  • Apply strong understanding of translating business requirements into effective Workday configurations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leads, and client stakeholders.
  • Bring experience identifying platform enhancements and optimisation opportunities as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute a collaborative approach to HR and finance transformation projects.
  • Be eligible for BPSS clearance and additional vetting.
  • Be available to work under PAYE via an umbrella company only.
  • Successfully complete a Tech IV interview process.
