Department Overview
The HRIS team sits within the wider HR function and is responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimisation of the Workday HCM platform across EMEA.
Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, the team ensures the platform supports evolving people processes, maintains data integrity, and drives operational efficiency.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Workday, this role is key to delivering system enhancements, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing Workday performance across key modules—Absence/Time-Off, Compensation, Performance/Talent, and Recruiting.
What You’ll Do
- Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform
- Design and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations to meet evolving business needs
- Lead requirements gathering and prioritisation sessions with HR and business partners
- Manage and deliver configuration requests, fostering strong stakeholder relationships across brands
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic and complex system issues, providing end-user support as needed
- Maintain Workday system structures, including supervisory organisations, Employment Information Blocks (EIBs), and transaction support
- Develop and deliver reporting requests, presenting insights clearly to stakeholders
- Lead or support HRIS projects (configuration, testing, and process improvements)
- Partner with HR to conduct recurring data audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance across EMEA
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency, providing recommendations
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality of all sensitive employee data

You’ll Need to Have
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and system support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Excel
We’d Love to See
- Experience with Workday business processes, calculated fields, or advanced reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex system issues
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently

Pay Transparency: Compensation for this role ranges from €37,000.00 – €54,000.00, based on experience and role requirements. Additional details provided upon application.
