Workday HRIS Analyst – 12 Month FTC
Location: London – Hybrid
Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We’re currently partnered with a leading organisation that is looking for an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join their team on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Workday professional to play a key role in supporting and improving the organisation’s HRIS landscape, working closely with HR and wider business stakeholders.
The Role
As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the Workday platform, with a particular focus on HCM and Recruiting. You’ll work across configuration, troubleshooting, process improvements and stakeholder requirements, helping to ensure Workday continues to effectively support the wider HR function.

About You
- Strong hands-on Workday experience, particularly across HCM and Recruiting
- Solid understanding of Workday configuration, business processes and troubleshooting
- Experience working with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Exposure to additional Workday modules would be highly beneficial
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
