Workday HRIS Manager
📍 UK Based | Remote/Hybrid | Permanent | Up to £90,000
We're partnering with a global organisation to recruit an experienced Workday HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, optimisation and ongoing development of their Workday platform.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the HR technology roadmap, drive system improvements and lead a small team while partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders across a global organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Own and enhance the Workday HRIS landscape, ensuring it supports business and HR objectives.
- Lead HR technology projects, system enhancements, integrations and automation initiatives.
- Manage an HRIS team and external partners.
- Drive data integrity, reporting, security and compliance (including SOX).
- Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and system performance.

What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience working with Workday HRIS in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, Workday configuration and integrations.
- Experience leading HR technology projects and driving process improvement.
- Knowledge of HR data, reporting, governance and security.
- Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills.

Salary: Up to £90,000 + bonus + benefits
Location: Remote or Hybrid within the UK (occasional travel required)
