Robson Bale are working with a leading organisation undergoing significant transformation across its HR and technology landscape, and we're looking to speak with experienced Workday Integration Consultants to join the team.
We're currently hiring for both permanent and contract positions, so whether you're looking for your next long-term career move or your next Workday project, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
The Role
You'll play a key role in designing, developing and supporting integrations across the Workday environment, working closely with technical teams, functional stakeholders and third-party systems.

You'll be involved across the integration lifecycle, from requirements and design through to development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.
We're looking for experience in:
- Workday Integration development
- Workday Studio
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Workday Web Services
- REST / SOAP
- XML / XSLT
- Integration testing and troubleshooting
- Designing and developing integrations with third-party applications
- Working closely with Workday functional and technical teams
Desirable experience
- Cloud Connect
- Workday HCM
- Workday Payroll
- Workday Financials
- Workday implementation / transformation programmes
- Experience within a large enterprise environment
