Job Title: Workday Integration Lead
Location: UK or Ireland - Fully Remote
Salary: Up to £85000 per annum plus bonus/benefits including Car Allowance
This is a full-time permanent position. Please note, no sponsorship is available for this role.
About the Role
Focus on WD are seeking a Workday Integration Lead to design, develop, and optimize integrations that connect HR, Payroll, Finance, and business systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data across the organization.
You'll be joining an established market-leading Global Organization and long-time Workday Customer who are investing heavily in the continual improvement of their Workday Platform.
Key Deliverables:
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using a range of integration technologies.
- Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and third-party vendors to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support system releases, troubleshoot integration issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Champion integration best practices, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
- Provide technical expertise, mentor colleagues, and help shape our integration standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering Workday integrations, including Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, Web Services, and related technologies.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Knowledge of HR systems, data security, and integration design within a global environment.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
