As a Workday Integration Specialist, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history and innovation. The role:

As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Designing, building and enhancing Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI and Workday APIs to support business and HR processes.
  • Owning the day-to-day performance, monitoring and support of integrations, resolving issues through root cause analysis and implementing sustainable improvements.
  • Partnering with People, Payroll, Finance, IT teams and external vendors to translate business requirements into effective integration solutions and manage testing activities.
  • Maintaining integration documentation, data flows, technical specifications and schedules while ensuring compliance with security, governance and data privacy standards.
  • Supporting Workday releases by assessing integration impacts, coordinating testing and implementing required updates to ensure business continuity.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance integration reliability, reduce maintenance effort and improve the overall user experience.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Strong hands-on experience designing, building and supporting Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Web Services and APIs.
  • Proven ability to develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot integrations across Workday, SaaS applications and local enterprise systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll and people data processes, with knowledge of data governance, security controls, compliance requirements and integration best practices.
  • Proficiency in XML, JSON and XSLT, with experience interpreting technical specifications, working with vendor integrations and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including integration monitoring, root cause analysis, defect resolution and driving long-term system stability improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with global stakeholders and producing clear technical documentation, data mappings and integration designs.
