This is an initial 6-month contract, remote initially before 1 day per week in the Reading office, with Wednesday marked as the core day. Longevity with this role in excess of 2 years.

Key Requirements

  • Strong functional HR knowledge
  • Workday experience ideally (SuccessFactors also considered)
  • Good data analysis experience
  • Experience in at least 1 major HR Transformation programme
  • Experience with Workday Learning preferred but will consider similar Learning platform experience.
  • Senior level, within an existing team of 3 BAs. Will have BA ownership of this workstream, reporting into the Transformation Lead and HR Functional Lead.
  • Need to be a strong communicator, self-starter and proactive.
  • Understands business processes.
  • Will consider product owners from a BA background.
  • They will be the single contact between the business and the implementation partner.
  • Skilled in requirements capture, process mapping, and translating complex needs into clear, actionable documentation.
