Hiring: Workday Product Architect | Contract
Location: London, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
Experience: 10–15+ years
We are looking for an experienced Workday Product Architect to lead the technical architecture, strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of an enterprise Workday ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Workday HCM, Core Finance, Studio Integrations, Adaptive Planning, Extend, and Prism Analytics, along with proven experience in product architecture, SaaS platforms, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the technical architecture and strategy of the Workday platform.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, governance frameworks, and technical roadmaps.
- Provide architecture leadership across Workday HCM, Core Finance, Studio, Adaptive Planning, Extend, and Prism Analytics.
- Review and approve solution designs for Workday enhancements and integrations.
- Design and oversee approximately 40–50 Workday integrations with enterprise applications.
- Lead integration architecture using Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday APIs.
- Ensure secure and reliable integration across HR, Finance, identity, and enterprise systems.
- Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle integrations.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, new feature adoption, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Technology, senior stakeholders, vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and senior leadership.
- Ensure Workday architecture aligns with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Support Agile delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture reviews.

Preferred Experience:
- ERP platform architecture experience.
- Large enterprise Workday environment experience.
- Workday integration with third-party enterprise applications.
- Experience working with managed service providers and global delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS security, compliance, and governance.
