Workday Program Manager
22-Month Contract + Extension
UK-Based | Remote with Some Travel

We are supporting a global client who is looking for an experienced Workday Program Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of international Workday initiatives over a long-term engagement. This is a remote role for candidates based in the UK, with occasional travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver a portfolio of global Workday projects
- Define and drive programme strategy, governance, and risk management
- Align business stakeholders across multiple regions and functions
- Ensure successful execution of Workday initiatives from planning through delivery
- Manage senior stakeholders and maintain strong communication throughout the programme lifecycle

Requirements
- Proven background delivering Workday programmes at scale
- Experience managing multiple Workday projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Fluent English speaker
- UK-based and available for remote work with some travel
- Able to interview and start immediately
