You'll be the centre of a high-profile Workday environment, partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to turn ambitious transformation plans into successful delivery. This is a role for a Project Manager who wants genuine ownership, not simply another project plan to manage.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex Workday projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Own project governance, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication.
- Bring business, technology and Workday teams together around clear delivery objectives.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to maintain momentum and resolve complex challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery approaches and ensure Workday change delivers lasting business value.
