Workday PSA Consultant
Location: UK

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday PSA Consultant with strong hands-on experience across Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA).
You’ll work closely with Finance and Operations teams to configure, optimise and improve end-to-end PSA processes, helping the business get greater visibility across project profitability, utilisation, forecasting and billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimise end-to-end Workday PSA processes.
- Support project setup, resource planning, time tracking and project financials.
- Manage and improve project billing and revenue recognition processes.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Improve processes around project profitability, utilisation, forecasting and billing accuracy.
- Support key Workday Financials integration points, including Projects, Customer Accounts, Billing, Revenue and Accounting.
- Troubleshoot existing configurations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support testing and continuous improvement across the Workday platform.

Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience, with strong PSA exposure.
- Strong experience with Workday Professional Services Automation.
- Hands-on knowledge of project setup, resource planning, time tracking, billing, revenue recognition and project financials.
- Good understanding of Workday Financials and its integration with PSA.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Workday solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable taking ownership of PSA configuration and optimisation.
- Workday certification is not required.
