You can only be considered for this role if you are based in one of our existing locations: UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or Spain.
Role Description:
As a Workday Security Consultant, your main responsibilities will include configuring, maintaining, and optimising Workday security to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand security requirements, design solutions, and implement appropriate access controls. The Security Consultant will be responsible for managing security groups, domain security policies, business process security policies, and resolving complex security issues. As well as their technical expertise, the consultant can effectively lead a security workstream and independently advise AMS clients, offering proactive recommendations on security best practices, access management, and compliance. Strong communication skills, technical expertise in Workday Security, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Workday Security Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Workday security configuration, including security groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies
- Existing Workday Security certification preferred
- Experience within Workday implementation projects and/or AMS assignments
- Must be able to communicate effectively in a client-facing position
- Ability to manage schedules effectively and work across multiple projects where necessary
- Ability to manage stakeholders and provide proactive security advice
