Workday Solution Architect (Finance & HCM) – Global Enterprise
We’re looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of our global Workday platform across both Financials and HCM. This is a senior, strategic role partnering with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and future‑proof enterprise solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Own end‑to‑end architecture across Workday Financials and HCM
- Translate global business requirements into clear solution designs, roadmaps, and integration patterns
- Define “as‑is” and “to‑be” processes across Finance, HR, Payroll, and cross‑functional domains
- Lead architectural governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Design integrations using EIB, Studio, PECI, and Workday APIs
- Guide global deployments, localisation, and regulatory compliance
- Provide architectural oversight to delivery teams and external partners
- Evaluate new Workday releases and ecosystem technologies

- Proven experience architecting Workday Financials and HCM in large, multi‑national organisations
- Strong understanding of Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses, HCM Foundation, Absence, Time, and Compensation
- Hands‑on integration design experience
- Excellent stakeholder management across Finance, HR, and Technology
- Workday certifications highly desirable
£625 - £650 per day (Inside IR35). Reading & 80% remote. 6 months rolling.
