Location: London | Working pattern: Hybrid
My client is looking for a Workday Solutions Analyst with expertise across Core HCM and Advanced Compensation, as well as experience across the wider HCM suite such as Absence, Benefits, Talent and Reporting to be responsible for the configuration, management, optimisation and ongoing development of their HR systems
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse international team of experts who are several years into their Workday Implementation, and want you to help build and execute their roadmap for the upcoming years.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain and optimise Workday business processes, workflows and security.
- Build custom reports, calculated fields and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Maintain HR data accuracy, reporting controls and data governance.
- Support compensation, payroll and benefits processes.
- Lead system testing, upgrades and enhancements, including UAT.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Essential Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ experience in Workday, HRIS or HR Systems.
- Hands-on experience configuring and testing Workday business processes, condition rules, security groups and calculated fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and Core HCM
- Proven experience building custom, matrix and composite reports.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycles.
- Excellent Excel, analytical and data management skills.
- Experience in system testing, change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on data quality.

Desirable
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Extend or Adaptive Planning.
- Exposure to payroll, reward, HR system integrations or transformation projects.
- Workday certification.
